PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Στο διαμέρισμα είναι εμφανή στοιχεία διακόσμησης της δεκαετίας 60’-70’ τα οποία επιλέγουμε να εμφανίσουμε και στην νέα λύση με έντονα χρώματα, μοτίβα και απλές γεωμετρικές φόρμες χαρακτηριστικές ενός σύγχρονου ρετρό στυλ. Σε επίπεδο διάταξης προτείνουμε τον επανασχεδιασμό των εσωτερικών χώρων με την ενοποίηση κουζίνας-καθιστικού ώστε ο χώρος να δείχνει μεγαλύτερος, ενώ το φυσικό φως να εισέρχεται ανεμπόδιστα ως το βάθος του διαμερίσματος. Παρά την ενοποίηση, προτείνουμε την τοποθέτηση μιας ανοιγοκλειόμενης μεταλλικής κατασκευής, η οποία θα μπορεί κατά περίπτωση να διαχωρίζει τους δύο χώρους προσφέροντας ευελιξία στον τρόπο μίσθωσης του διαμερίσματος και αυξάνοντας έτσι τους ενδεχόμενους τύπους ενοικιαστών.
Inside the apartment there are prominent 60'-70s decor elements that we choose to also display in the new solution with vibrant colors, patterns and simple geometric shapes typical of a modern retro style. At the layout level we propose the restructure of the interior by integrating the kitchen and the living room, in order for the space to look bigger and the natural light to enter unobstructed reaching the depth of the compartment. Despite the restructure, we propose the installation of a steel structure, that opens and closes easily and will be able to separate the two spaces, offering flexibility in how the apartment can be rented and thus increasing the types of potential renters.
